The affected districts include Puri, Jagatsingpur, Kendrapara, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Angul, Dhenkanal, Jajpur, Bhadrak, Nayagarah, Cuttack, and Khurda.
Residents in these areas are advised to be vigilant and monitor the weather for worsening conditions. In case of lightning, people are recommended to seek shelter in safe locations to minimize the risk of lightning strikes.
