Bhubaneswar: Odisha Vigilance sleuths apprehended Kishore Kumar Sahani, Senior Assistant at the City Hospital in Cuttack’s CDMO office, on charges of possessing disproportionate assets.
Following a thorough search of his properties, the vigilance team discovered substantial assets that the accused failed to justify satisfactorily.
Sahani was found in possession of disproportionate assets including 2 buildings, 19 high-value plots, cash amounting to Rs. 3.30 lakhs, 135 grams of gold and deposits exceeding Rs. 55.48 lakhs.
Cuttack Vigilance has registered a case (PS No. 25/2025) against Sahani in this connection. He will be produced before the Special Judge, Vigilance, Cuttack, today.
The investigation is ongoing.
