Bhubaneswar: In a landmark anti-corruption operation, Odisha Vigilance has achieved its highest-ever cash seizure in history, recovering over Rs 4 crore in unaccounted cash from the Bhubaneswar flat of Debabrata Mohanty, Deputy Director of Mines, Cuttack Circle.
