Bhubaneswar: Revenue and Disaster Management Minister Suresh Pujari was transferred to AIIMS New Delhi on Thursday morning for advanced cardiac care following his diagnosis with coronary artery disease (CAD) and triple vessel disease (TVD).
According to reports, he was initially admitted to AIIMS Bhubaneswar on Tuesday evening after complained of chest pain. Pujari was diagnosed with CAD and TVD, a condition affecting all three major coronary arteries. It was then doctors treating Pujari decided to shift him to AIIMS New Delhi for advanced cardiac care. Accordingly, he was transferred from Bhubaneswar at around 9 am on Thursday.
Pujari’s condition is currently stated to be stable, and he’s under close medical supervision.
