Bhubaneswar: Odisha Governor Dr. Hari Babu Kambhampati on Sunday visited the Army Air Defence College at Gopalpur and lauded the institution for its focus on innovation, capability building, and development of indigenous solutions to emerging security challenges.
During the visit, the Governor reviewed the training environment and interacted with officers and personnel of the institution. He appreciated the efforts being made to strengthen India’s air defence capabilities and emphasised the importance of self-reliance and future readiness in the defence sector.
The Governor noted that the commitment displayed by the institution reflects the broader goal of enhancing operational preparedness through indigenous technological development.
“The dedication, professionalism, and sense of duty displayed by the officers and personnel reflect the strength and preparedness of India’s armed forces,” he said in a post shared on X.
