Bhubaneswar: Another victim of the Tamil Nadu ammonia gas leak has died during treatment.
The death toll has now risen to 12.The deceased has been identified as Kavitha Juanga from the Telkoi area of Keonjhar district, Odisha.
She had been on ventilator support since the accident that exposed dozens of workers to toxic ammonia fumes.
The Odisha government has earlier announced an ex-gratia of Rs 10 lakh each for the next of kin of the deceased workers.
