Bhubaneswar: A shocking murder incident has once again rocked the state capital. A young man was allegedly beaten to death with an iron rod in Bhubaneswar.
The deceased has been identified as Krushna Chandra Padhy, a resident of Ganjam district.
According to reports, miscreants attacked him mercilessly with an iron rod and fled the spot immediately after the crime.
On receiving information, police from Khandagiri police rushed to the spot and began an investigation. Police have collected evidence from the scene and are probing all possible angles. The exact motive behind the murder is yet to be ascertained. Police are investigating whether the killing was the result of previous enmity, a personal dispute, or any other reason. A massive manhunt has been launched to nab the absconding accused.
