Bhubaneswar: Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida chaired a high-level review meeting at the Jajpur Collector’s Office to assess the flood situation in the district.
During the meeting, she held detailed discussions with senior district administration officials regarding the flood situation, assessment of damages, and measures being taken to provide relief and assistance to affected people.
The Deputy Chief Minister directed officials to ensure that timely assistance reaches every flood-affected family. She also stressed that there should be no negligence in providing essential relief and support to people during this time of crisis.
The review meeting was attended by Badachana MLA Amar Nayak, Jajpur MLA Sujata Sahu, District Collector Ambar Kumar Kar, and other senior officials of the district administration.
