Bhubaneswar: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Monday issued a nowcast warning for 13 districts of Odisha predicting light to moderate rain in the next three hours.
According to the nowcast warning issued at 10:10 am on August 24, light to moderate rain is very likely to occur at a few places over Nuapada, Bargada, Sonpur, Kalahandi, Baleshwar, Bhadrak, Kendrapada, Mayurbhanj, Anugola, Kandhamal, Boudh and Balangir during the next three hours.
The IMD has advised people to keep a close watch on the weather for any worsening conditions and to plan accordingly for their safety.
