Bhubaneswar: The State government has appointed IAS officer Debashis Singh Collector and District Magistrate of Subarnapur district.
The appointment was made as per the order of Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi. Singh is currently serving as Additional Secretary in the General Administration & Public Grievances (GA & PG) Department.
