Bhubaneswar: Odisha Governor Hari Babu Kambhampati on Thursday met Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi and discussed matters concerning the development of the state, according to an official release.
During the meeting, the Governor apprised the Prime Minister of the progress in implementing various Central government schemes in Odisha.
Kambhampati also briefed Modi about the recent conferment of IGBC Platinum certification on Odisha Lok Bhavan.
The discussions covered the state’s development and the implementation of key Central schemes in Odisha, the release said.
The Governor and the Prime Minister also exchanged mementos during the meeting.
