6 Workers Trapped As Coal Hopper Collapses In Dalmia Cement Plant At Rajgangpur

Sundargarh: At least six workers are reportedly trapped under debris after a coal hopper collapsed at the Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Ltd plant in Rajgangpur, Sundargarh district, on Thursday.

The incident occurred during the loading of coal into the plant’s boiler unit. Rescue efforts are underway to free the trapped workers. Cranes and ambulances have been dispatched to the accident site.

Tension prevails outside the plant premises as relatives of the trapped workers anxiously wait for updates, unable to reach their loved ones through mobile phones.
