Bhubaneswar: The Election Commission of India (ECI) has revoked the suspension of IPS officer D. S. Kutey with immediate effect.
An ECI letter to the CEO, Odisha, issued on June 6, stated that the suspension has been revoked with immediate effect with condition that other directions given vide ECI letter dated 28.051024 will continue as per the rules applicable.
“Departmental proceedings, if instituted, can only be decided with concurrence of the Commission. D. S. Kutey, IPS, may report to Chief Secretary, Odisha for further posting as deemed fit,” the letter Stated.
