Bhubaneswar: One person died and over 10 students were injured as a Bolero vehicle carrying them collided with a truck near the NuaGaon Petrol Pump on National Highway 20 in Keonjhar district.
According to reports, the accident occurred when the Bolero, transporting school students, was hit head-on by the truck travelling in the opposite direction at high speed. The driver of the Bolero succumbed to severe injuries on the very spot. All seriously injured students were immediately rescued and admitted to a nearby medical facility for treatment.
Upon being informed, police promptly reached the scene to conduct an investigation.
