Bhubaneswar: The online slot booking for Chief Minister’s public grievance hearing, scheduled for Monday, August 19, has ended with all 1000 slots booked. The public hearing will take place at 11 am at the former Government Primary School (KY) located at Unit-2, Ashok Nagar, Bhubaneswar, near Capital Nursery.
Registered people are required to attend the hearing with their registration receipt, personal identity card, and grievance letter. This initiative by the Chief Minister aims to provide a platform for citizens to air their grievances and seek redressal.
Notably, CM Majhi has been actively holding public grievance hearings and has resolved over 10,000 grievances since assuming office, with a remarkable resolution rate of 93%. This reflects the government’s commitment to transparent and responsive governance.
The public grievance hearing initiative has been well-received, with citizens appreciating the opportunity to directly interact with the Chief Minister and have their concerns addressed.
