Dhenkanal: At least two persons were killed in two separate incidents of elephant attack in Dhenkanal district on Friday.
The deceased persons have been identified as Chakradhar Behera (63) of Tarkabeda and Satyananda Behera (36) of Nua.
On getting information, forest department officials reached the spot and have announced a compensation of Rs 40,000 each.
