According to the report, the affected students were admitted to the Thakurmunda Community Health Centre for treatment, with two critical cases referred to the Anandapur Sub-Divisional Hospital. Remaining students are being treated at the Ashram School.
Meanwhile, a medical team has been dispatched to the school to investigate the cause of the outbreak. School authorities, however, suspected that contaminated food or water may be the source of the illness.
