Bhubaneswar: In a suspected food poisoning case, three family members died after consuming chicken curry and spinach in Itap village under Kantabania police station in Dhenkanal district.
The victims, identified as Antaryam Sahu’s wife and their two sons, Pintu Sahu and Lintu Sahu, were declared dead at Angul District Headquarters Hospital.
The bodies of the mother and two sons are being kept at the mortuary of the Angul District Headquarters Hospital. The cause of death is unclear; possibly food poisoning or other factors are being investigated.
