Bhubaneswar: As many as 30 passengers sustained injuries when the bus they were travelling in collided head-on with a truck near Chhatabar Square on the Athagarh-Munduli Road, on Friday.
The accident took place when the bus carrying beneficiaries of the Ayushman Bharat Yojana programme was heading towards Cuttack for the launch of Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana, a unified health insurance scheme.
The injured were rushed to Athagarh Hospital for treatment. However, condition of 10 passengers reported to be in critical condition.
