Dhenkanal: As many as 30 students of a school in Kamakhyanagar have fallen sick after consuming midday meal (MDM) on Friday.
The report surfaced from a Higher Secondary School in Sogar village in Kamakhyangar block of the district.
The 30 students were rushed to a local medical facility after they complained of uneasiness following the MDM.
Out of them a few have returned home while the rest are undergoing treatment at the hospital. The matter triggered an unrest in the area.
Local police, officials from administration and Block Education Officer rushed to the spot and inquired into the matter.
