Van Hits E-Rickshaw

Bhubaneswar: Four people were injured on Saturday morning when a speeding traveller van rammed into an e-rickshaw in the Badagada Brit Colony area under Badagada police station limits here.

According to reports, the van was moving at high speed when it collided head-on with the e-rickshaw at around 9:10 am, causing severe damage to the vehicle.

The impact was so strong that the e-rickshaw driver was thrown onto the road, and several nearby roadside shops also sustained minor damage.

All four injured, including the e-rickshaw driver, were immediately rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment. Locals informed the police, who reached the spot, detained the van driver, and launched an investigation to determine the exact cause of the accident.
