Bhubaneswar: The Samaleswari Temple in Sambalpur is buzzing with activity with the approach of Mahalaya and Navaratri festivals. In preparation for these auspicious occasions, the temple administration has started working tirelessly to ensure a smooth experience for devotees.
The temple administration has made arrangements to accommodate the large number of devotees expected during these festivals. With the sacred Mahalaya and Navaratri approaching, the temple is gearing up to welcome devotees and provide a spiritual experience.
As per the tradition, Maa Samaleswari will give darshan in the Dhabalamukhi besha during Mahalaya. Devotees will get a glimpse of the Maa Samaleswari from 5 am onwards, following the Mangala Alati at 4:30 am. The temple will observe breaks in darshan from 11:45 am to 12:30 pm and again from 7:45 pm to 8:30 pm for Maha Alati. The Pahada niti will be performed at 10:30 pm.
The Navaratri celebrations will feature the illumination of 5,000 diyas, creating a mesmerizing atmosphere for devotees.
On the first day of Navaratri, Maa Samaleswari will give darshan to devotees in the Saraswati Besha.
