Bhubaneswar: The city reported 656 new cases of COVID-19 on Wednesday, out of which 35 persons are in quarantine, while the rest 621 are local contact cases.
With this, the COVID tally of the city reached 1,53,197 out of which 1,126 persons succumbed to the disease, the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation data stated.
As many as 463 persons recovered from COVID on Wednesday taking the recovery tally of Bhubaneswar to 1,39,899. At present there are 12,151 active cases in the city.
