Berhampur: Eight school students were injured after the auto-rickshaw they were travelling in collided head-on with a motorcycle and overturned in Jarada area of Ganjam district on Saturday.
Reportedly, the students from Nuapentha village were on their way to Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya at Badapur in Patrapur block of the district when it collided with a motorcycle and skid off the road.
Eight students and the motorcyclist were injured in the accident. They were rushed to Patrapur Community Health Centre. One among them was shifted to MKCG Medical College & Hospital in Berhampur.
