Bhubaneswar: Odisha Vigilance has registered 90 cases in the past five months, Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi informed the State Assembly on Monday.
Responding to a query from Aul BJD MLA Pratap Keshari Deb, the Chief Minister revealed that these cases were filed between June 1, 2024, and October 31, 2024.
Among the departments implicated, the Revenue Department topped the list with 20 cases, followed by the Panchayati Raj Department with 18 cases.
The Chief Minister’s disclosure underscores the state government’s focus on maintaining transparency and accountability in governance.
