Bhubaneswar: The University Grants Commission (UGC)-National Eligibility Test (NET) examinations will be held from December 31, 2025, to January 7, 2026, in 85 subjects.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced that the admit cards are available on their website, https://ugcnet.nta.nic.in. Candidates can check their exam dates, timings, and centres on the admit card.
As per the notification issued by NTA, to download the UGC NET admit card, head to the official website https://ugcnet.nta.nic.in. On the homepage, click on the ‘Admit Card/Hall Ticket For UGC NET December 2025’ link. This will take you to a new page where you’ll need to enter your application number, password, and security pin. Once you’ve filled in the required details, your admit card will be displayed on the screen. Make sure to download and save it for future reference
According to reports, the UGC-NET December examination will be held on December 31, 2025, January 2, 3, 5, 6 and January 7, 2026. The examination will be held as a Computer-Based Test (CBT) for 85 subjects across the country in two shifts – from 9 am to 12 pm and 3 pm to 6 pm.
