Bhubaneswar: Slot booking for the Chief Minister’s public grievance hearing, Jan Sunani, scheduled for February 9, concluded on Thursday with all available slots being filled within hours of opening. Registration for citizens wishing to personally present their grievances to the Chief Minister began at 11 AM on February 6 through the Jan Sunani portal and the Jan Sunani mobile application.

By 5 PM the same day, the maximum limit of 1,000 applicants had been reached, bringing the registration process to a close. Officials confirmed that all slots for the upcoming public hearing have now been fully booked.

The registered applicants are required to report at their allotted time to the Chief Minister’s Grievance Cell, located at the former Government Primary School near Capital Nursery in Unit-2, Ashok Nagar, Bhubaneswar. Citizens must carry their registration acknowledgement slip along with a valid personal identity proof to gain entry and present their grievances directly before the Chief Minister.

The Jan Sunani initiative aims to provide a direct platform for citizens to raise issues and seek redressal at the highest level of the state administration.
