Bhubaneswar: The Orissa High Court on Wednesday granted conditional bail to Jagabandhu Chand, husband of lady blackmailer Archana Nag, in the extortion and money laundering case.
According to reports, Jagabandhu is a co-accused in the cases involving Archana and her associate Sharadhanjali Behra. He was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate on December 22 last year in connection with a complaint filed at Khandagiri police station in the capital city.
Jagabandhu faces two more cases – extortion from influential people by blackmailing them with objectionable videos and an ED case.
