Bhubaneswar: At least 15 passengers were injured after an OSRTC bus overturned and fell into Ranipather Ghat at Kantamal of Odisha’s Boudh district on Wednesday morning.
According to reports, the bus was transporting about 40 passengers to Phulbani from Angul when it overturned and fell into the Ranipathar Ghat. The driver of the vehicle lost control of the wheel and hit a road divider before the bus overturned. Over 15 passengers were injured in the accident.
Locals rescued the injured passengers and rushed them to the nearby Community Health Centre (CHC) at Purunakatak in two ambulances.
