Bhubaneswar: Direct flight services to Bangkok will resume from Bhubaneswar from October 2.
Flights to Bangkok will operate twice a week from Biju Patnaik International Airport. The service, which was temporarily suspended, will offer passengers a convenient direct air link between Odisha’s capital and the Thai capital.
The airline had suspended the service earlier due to possible shortfall in passenger load. With the tourism season beginning from October, the flight services are being resumed.
Bhubaneswar Airport Director Prasanna Pradhan informed about the resumption of service.
The resumption of the direct flight is expected to strengthen Odisha’s international air connectivity and facilitate easier travel for passengers from the state and neighbouring regions.
