Bhubaneswar: A young man was shot by miscreants while returning from a gym at Baliapal area in Balasore district on Wednesday. The injured youth was rushed to Balasore District Headquarters Hospital.
According to sources, four miscreants on a bullet motorcycle opened fire at the youth and fled the scene. Residents rushed the victim to the Balasore District Headquarters Hospital, where he is currently undergoing treatment and informed the victim’s parents.
The victim’s condition is said to be stable. The police are yet to arrest the culprits and are probing the motive behind the attack.
