Bhubaneswar: Biju Janata Dal (BJD) president and Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today appointed student leader Netrananda Sabar as the Rayagda President of Biju Chhatra Janata Dal (BCJD) and Abinash Bisoi as the Biju Yuva Janata Dal of Rayagada, the youth wing of the party.
Similarly, Ranjit Ray has been appointed as the observer of Rayagada Assembly constituency, a press release issued by the BJD stated.
The party supremo also appointed various leaders of Rayagada as party officebearers.
