Bhubaneswar: The Biju Janata Dal (BJD) on Monday appointed senior leader of Sambalpur Sidharth Das as State General Secretary of the party.
BJD president and CM Naveen Patnaik also appointed Rohit Pujari and Manas Madkami as the presidents of Sambalpur and Malkangiri districts respectively.
The appointment comes into immediate effect, stated a press release issued by the regional party.
