Cuttack: The Biju Janata Dal (BJD) has suspended Arabind Jena, Corporator of Cuttack Municipal Corporation, from the party with immediate effect.
In an official order issued today, the BJD stated that Arabind Jena has been suspended for his involvement in anti-party activities. The suspension order was issued by Bijaya Nayak, General Secretary of Biju Janata Dal.
This is the latest instance of internal action by BJD against leaders indulging in activities detrimental to the party’s interests.
