Bhubaneswar: The BJP on Friday announced Santosh Khatura as the party’s candidate for the Nilagiri Assembly constituency under the Balasore Lok Sabha constituency in Odisha.

Santhosh Khatua will take on BJD’s Sukanta Nayak, the sitting MLA from Nilagiri who resigned from the BJP in March this year to join the BJD.

It is worth mentioning here that on Thursday the saffron party released the names of six MLA candidates for constituencies where polling will be held on June 1.
