Balasore: The body of a man missing for two days was recovered from a pond in Batewar near Soro Kupari road under Khaira police limits in Odisha’s Balasore district on Wednesday morning.
According to reports, some village children spotted the body floating in pond and informed the villagers. Soon a large crowd gathered at the spot. On being informed, police reached the spot and seized the body. Police have started an investigation into the matter.
The victim is suspected to be Banamali Baisakh of Kantapada Gham village who was reportedly missing for the last two days.
