Bhubaneswar: The Sambalpur Court has received yet another bomb threat, triggering tension in the court premises on Monday.
According to reports, an email was sent threatening to blow up the court complex. Following the threat, security has been tightened significantly, and a thorough search operation has been launched by the police and security teams.
It is pertinent to mention that this is the fourth bomb threat received by the Sambalpur Court in the last four months. The repeated threats have raised serious concerns among court staff, lawyers, and the general public.
A cyber team has been roped in to trace the origin of the threatening email and identify the sender. Police have, meanwhile, initiated a detailed investigation into the matter.
Court proceedings and public safety are being closely monitored, and all necessary precautionary measures have been put in place by the police.
