Koraput: Borigumma police busted a bike theft racket with the arrest of two persons and recovery of five stolen motorcycles.
According to police, the accused identified as KP Ravi (25) of Charamula village and Prashant Gouda (25) of Jayantigiri involved in the thefts.
As per reports, Borigumma police recovered five stolen bikes and arrested two suspects after complaints were filed at the station. A third suspect, Nira Harijan from Malidamguda, is absconding.
SDPO L Lenka stated the recovered bikes will be handed over to their owners and further arrests are expected soon. The operation was led by Inspector Ramananda Sahu, Sub-Inspector Dronacharya Bag, and Assistant Sub-Inspector SK Behera.
