Balasore: Burglars decamped with an LED TV and sports equipment estimated to be worth about Rs 4.5 lakh after breaking open the lock of Khetrapala Government Nodal Upper Primary Schoo, Gobarghoti under Basta police limits in Balasore district late on Sunday night.
According to reports, this morning when teachers arrived at the school, they found the locks of the classrooms broken. Later they informed the school’s management committee.
The police were also informed about the burglary. The school’s headmistress has claimed that burgled goods value is about Rs 4.5 lakh.
Police investigation into the matter is underway.
