Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Higher Education Department has issued a notification for admission into undergraduate (UG) courses for the academic session 2026–27, with the Common Application Form (CAF) process set to begin from May 27 through the Student Academic Management System (SAMS).
According to the notification, the CAF for UG admissions will be made available on the SAMS portal — SAMS Odisha — from 4 PM on May 27, 2026. Eligible students can fill in and submit the application forms online between May 27 and June 10, 2026.
Officials said the first merit list for admissions will be published on June 17, 2026.
The e-admission process will cover Plus-III Degree colleges, including self-financing institutions and Sanskrit (Shastri) colleges across the state.
