Key areas of focus include capital investment in network modernization, reliability improvement, and technology-led initiatives. The Discoms are prioritizing timely execution of government-funded projects, smart metering, and rooftop solar adoption through PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana.
Operational performance was reviewed, with emphasis on reliability enhancement and use of Surakhya Kavach App for real-time safety and emergency response. The Discoms were encouraged to strengthen customer care and leverage technology for superior outcomes.
