Bhubaneswar: Chief Secretary Manoj Ahuja directed all secretaries to conduct a weekly review of their respective departments to ensure the effective implementation of the service delivery system under the Odisha Public Service Rights Act, which is crucial for the common people.

While chairing a secretary-level meeting at Kharvela Bhawan, the Chief Secretary instructed various departments to carry out the important work of the state government. He also instructed the departments to take necessary steps for 100% inclusion of officers and employees in the i-GOT (Integrated Governance Online Training) platform, which provides online training facilities to improve skills, make practical changes, and utilize knowledge technology.

As of December 15, data of over 2 lakh employees have been registered on the i-GOT platform, with the number continuously increasing. The meeting also reviewed the progress of the ‘Water Life Forest Mission’ and discussed preparations for the upcoming ‘Pravashi Bharatiya Divas’ and ‘Utkarsha Odisha’.

The Chief Secretary suggested completing the drafts for the ‘Vision Document’ for ‘Developed Odisha-2036’ and ‘Developed India-2047’ as soon as possible. Advance preparations for the 2025-26 budget were also advised.
