Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has expressed profound grief over the tragic death of Parupalli Sai Krishna Kumar, a bus driver with the Odisha State Road Transport Corporation (OSRTC), who passed away in a distressing incident while on duty.
In a post shared on X on Thursday, the Chief Minister’s Office (CMO), Odisha conveyed that Majhi has extended his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family members. Acknowledging the loss and the driver’s dedicated service, the Chief Minister has also sanctioned an ex-gratia assistance of ₹4 lakh from the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund (CMRF) for the deceased’s nearest kin.
The state government has assured full support to the family during this difficult time.
