Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has expressed deep sorrow over the demise of Ganjam’s Patrapur resident Kedar Nayak and Sambalpur’s Mukesh Bag and Biddharth Sahu in separate road mishaps.
The CM has conveyed his condolences to the bereaved families and announced Rs 4 lakh ex-gratia assistance from the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund (CMRF) for the next of kin of each deceased.
“Deeply saddened by the demise of Kedar Nayak, son of Kalu Nayak of Patrapur tehsil in Ganjam district. CM Mohan Majhi has conveyed heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and announced Rs 4 lakh ex-gratia assistance from CMRF for the next of kin” read the post in Odisha CMO handle.
The CMO’s statement read, “The Chief Minister has expressed deep sorrow over death of Mukesh Bag, son of Rajni Bag and Biddarth Sahu, son of Madan Sahu of Sadar tehsil in Sambalpur district in road mishaps and conveyed his sympathies to the families of the deceased and announced Rs 4 lakh assistance each for the families of road accident victims.”
