Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has extended heartfelt congratulations to Prime Minister Narendra Modi on being conferred with the prestigious ‘Royal Order of the Polar Star, Degree Commander Grand Cross’ by Sweden.

It is pertinent to mention that The Royal Order of the Polar Star is one of Sweden’s highest honours, awarded to individuals for their exceptional contributions and efforts in strengthening bilateral relations.
