Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi held a 10-kilometer long road show in Nuapada today, seeking votes for BJP candidate Jay Dholakia in the upcoming by-election. The road show, which started from Nuapada city, will conclude at Khariar Road.

Majhi was accompanied by prominent leaders, including Kalahandi MP Malbika Devi, Revenue Minister Suresh Pujari, former MP Basant Panda, and BJP State President Manmohan Samal. “The tribals have been neglected,” Majhi said, addressing the gathering.

Today, for the first time in Odisha’s history, Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi visited Sunabeda, a Maoist-infested remote area, and paid homage to goddess Sunadei. He stated that tribals have been neglected. On Thursday, Majhi held a Komna block road show, appealing for votes for the party candidate.
