Bhubaneswar: East Coast Railway General Manager Parmeshwar Funkwal met Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi at the Legislative Assembly Chamber today, inviting him to attend the Vande Bharat Train flag-off ceremony on September 15.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will flag off the train, and Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw has extended a special invitation to the Chief Minister.
