Dhenkanal: The wife of a police constable attempted to immolate herself in front of the SP office in Dhenkanal on Wednesday.
The woman identified as Sailabala Samal alleged that her husband Pabitra Nayak tortures her and has performed a second marriage.
As she did not receive justice from the police even after repeated complaints, she decided to attempt suicide. She demanded that he should be arrested.
