Bhubaneswar: The School and Mass Education Department has extended the last date for Third Phase Slide-up Admission for CT/D.El.Ed. courses for 2026-28 session by two days in view of cyclonic conditions.
In a post on X, the department said, “In view of the prevailing cyclonic conditions in some districts of Odisha, the last date for Third Phase Slide-up Admission for the CT / D.El.Ed. courses (2026-2028 session) has been extended by 2 days beyond the scheduled dates of 29-30 October 2026.”
The extension comes as southern districts remain affected by heavy rain, power disruption and transport issues following landfall of Cyclone Arnab.
