Bhubaneswar: Dense fog may engulf several places in Odisha during the next two days, while the weather is likely to remain dry across the state. However, some places may experience light rain on Friday and Saturday, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said in its midday bulletin on Sunday.
Meanwhile, shallow to moderate fog has occurred at a few places in north Odisha with dense fog in one or two places of Cuttack, Khurda, Kendrapara, and Angul districts.
The minimum temperatures observed appreciable rise at a few places in north coastal Odisha, at one or two places in south Odisha and north interior Odisha, and no large change elsewhere in Odisha. The highest maximum temperature of 35.6°C was recorded at Parakhemundi and the lowest minimum temperature of 14.7°C was recorded at Rourkela in the plains of Odisha.
